A video is a starting point, not an answer.
These cover the questions we hear most often, but nothing here can tell you about your accident. For that, talk to us.
Tell us what happened
Send a short description through the form, or call us. You don’t need medical records, police reports or any paperwork ready to start.
We read it and call you back
An attorney reads what you sent and calls you — usually within the hour during business hours. Jim often picks up in the evenings and at weekends too. He will ask a few questions about the accident and your injuries, and answer yours. You are speaking with an attorney, not a case handler.
You decide what to do next
We explain your options and what a case would involve. Nothing is decided on that call and you are under no obligation. You pay nothing unless we recover money for you, and we will not promise you a result.
